How to write text on picture in Microsoft office word?

Step 1- first of all we need to write a matter (your text) in Microsoft word 2007.

Step 2- once we write our matter (text) in Microsoft word. We need to insert image (picture) to do this task we need to click on insert > then click on picture > 

select picture > click on insert. Now we have successfully chooses and insert an image (picture) in Microsoft word 2007.

Step 3- now we will right click on our picture > cut > and go to past its upper left side on Microsoft word 

click on past special > choose picture (enhanced meta-file) > OK

Step 4 now we almost complete our task one last step is left. To do so right click on an image (picture) > edit picture > now drag on your picture (image) on the matter (text).
